Action in the Olmsted County District Court brought by John Colgan, on behalf of himself and his son, Gary Colgan, a minor, for personal injuries sustained by said minor and for consequential damages, both allegedly resulting from a collision between an automobile in which said minor was a passenger and one driven by defendant.
